The lunar calendar has been updated, and spring has arrived. On the occasion of the upcoming Spring Festival in the Year of the Horse (Cunwu), I sincerely thank you for your long-term trust and support for our international logistics business! To ensure the orderly connection of logistics services before and after the holiday, in combination with the national statutory holidays and industry operation characteristics, the 2026 Spring Festival holiday arrangements and related matters are hereby notified as follows:

一. Holiday schedule

• Holiday period: From February 14, 2026 (the seventh day of the twelfth lunar month) to February 24, 2026 (the eighth day of the first lunar month), totaling 11 days.

• Resumption of work: Officially back to work on February 25, 2026 (Wednesday, the ninth day of the first lunar month).

• Friendly reminder: The warehouse's cut-off date for goods receipt is February 15th. Please arrange your business matters and communication with customer service accordingly.

二. Work Coordination and Business Tips

During the holiday, our offline office space will be temporarily closed. If you need urgent assistance, please contact your designated responsible person, and we will do our best to coordinate and handle it for you.

2. For the goods that have been shipped and are currently in transit, our company will continuously monitor the logistics updates. If there are any abnormalities, we will promptly inform the customers. For the goods that arrive at the port during the holidays, we will coordinate with our partners to ensure proper storage and safekeeping, and prioritize their delivery upon resuming work.

3. After the holiday, the backlog of orders will be processed according to the principle of "urgent first, then non-urgent, and first come, first served". If urgent arrangement for cargo transportation is required, customers can communicate with their dedicated business managers in advance to reserve resources.

1. Colleagues, please ensure that you properly complete the handover of ongoing tasks before the holiday, organize important documents such as customer information and logistics documents, turn off office equipment, lock doors and windows, and take precautions against fire and theft in the office area.

2. During the Spring Festival travel rush, please strictly abide by traffic rules, plan your itinerary reasonably, and pay attention to personal and property safety. Colleagues who are traveling abroad or returning home need to confirm visa, flight and other information in advance, and take proper health precautions.

3. Advocate civilized holiday celebrations, eliminate dangerous behaviors, and ensure that all personnel spend the holiday in peace and harmony.
